There is a separate kitchen of 8.2m2 with gas cooker, oven, washing machine and large fridge-freezer. Adjacent is the also spacious utility room of 6.5m2. Furthermore, the house has 3 bedrooms (10.1m2, 9.5m2 and 7.7m2) and a bathroom of 2.9m2.

There is also an outdoor kitchen of 20.5m2 with fireplace where you can, isolate yourself for a while, or to socialise with friends.

A great place for a family with children, there is also a separate shared outside with a wooden playhouse with slide and plenty of hiding places around the house.

There are 2 septic tanks, 1 for the house and 1 for the bathroom by the pool. There is ‘irrigation’ water from the spring directly from the mountain, the current residents have always just drunk this.
