PROJECT EXPLANATION:

FEATURES OF THESE SEMI-DETACHED VILLAS:

️ Bedrooms:

The bedrooms will be equipped with built-in wardrobes with sliding doors , painted in the same color as the interior doors. The interior includes a central partition, a top shelf , a clothes rail , a chest of drawers , and shelves . The master bedroom features a walk-in closet with a sliding door . Laundry room:

In the laundry room or gallery there are connections for a washing machine and dryer and the Hot water system. For premium homes, this consists of an aerothermal system with an internal 150-liter boiler.

❄️ Climate control:

Climate control is provided by an integrated air conditioning system (hot/cold) with ducts and grilles . The thermostat is located in the living area. In the premium homes , The aerothermal heat pump not only provides air conditioning but also domestic hot water. These homes also feature underfloor heating with a water circuit throughout the entire house, with individual temperature control for each room. The bathrooms also have electric underfloor heating .

Telecommunications & Wifi:

In terms of telecommunications, the homes are equipped with a free TV reception system for Spanish, Russian, French, Polish, English, and German channels . The system is compatible with Flemish channels (via a dedicated decoder), as well as with Scandinavian and English channel packages from an external provider. A router and internet connection with a local provider are provided . Free Wi-Fi is available in the homes for the first month after completion , and Wi-Fi is also available in the common areas of the project.

Outdoor space and garden

Each villa will feature non – slip stoneware flooring on porches, terraces, patios, and solariums , and will have a spacious private garden with covered parking for two vehicles, integrated into the design by a modern pergola. The garden will be landscaped with artificial grass and decorative gravel, in accordance with the architectural garden plan. The perimeter of the plot is finished with a combination of a solid garden wall and a metal fence, complemented by a cypress hedge. This hedge is equipped with an automatic drip irrigation system and a garden tap . (For the villas, there is the option of a private swimming pool (at an additional cost).

️ COMMON AREAS:

The more than 15,200 square meters of communal areas are ideal for enjoying your vacation or stay. These include two adult pools , two children’s pools , two heated jacuzzis , a playground , pétanque courts , and lush gardens with a wide variety of aromatic plants, palm trees, lakes, fountains, and paths.
