The ILIOS project is a residential composed by 25 villas on two levels with different models available: detached and semi-detached 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, private gardens and communal pool. The villas all come with solar panels and are south facing. The private pool and parking space is an option in some of the properties. The project is being released in different phases, launching 9 detached and semi-detached villas at the first phase.The villas will be protected with a fully installed alarm system which consists in 1 sensor for each room, touch panel control and siren. Included also an advanced home automation system with which you will have control over the motorized shutters and 3 light points
