NON-RESIDENT IN SPAIN:

.- EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT or PENSION
.- BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER IN SPAIN (That has an open bank account)
.- CERTIFICATE OF CRIMINAL RECORDS (If you are not a member of the EU)
.- THE MONTHLY INCOME RENT MUST BE AT LEAST DOUBLE THE RENTAL INCOME.

Visits can be made from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
