The building is made up of three independent blocks of horizontal proportions that make up 67 two- and three-bedroom homes with garages and storage rooms. These blocks are arranged around the perimeter of the plot, creating inside a large space of gardened common areas where the pool is located. The building adapts to the topography by generating three levels, without in any case exceeding two stories high above the ground. In addition, a basement floor is created that configures the vehicle parking and storage rooms.All homes are delivered with pre-installation of A/C through duct and exterior lighting.
