On the ground floor we find a large, very bright living-dining room.
Fully equipped open kitchen.
From the inside kitchen you can access the outside kitchen at the back of the house, where an outside kitchen is located

On the upper floor we find an incredible solarium with a jacuzzi, views of the La Mata lagoon and the city of Quesada.

Also on the ground floor (semi-basement) we find 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 en-suite bathrooms.

This house was built in 2018, it has barely been used but very well maintained.

The house is located in a private urbanization with a beautiful garden and community pool.

The magnificent beaches of the Costa Blanca coast lie like pearls on a string, and a number of beaches can be accessed within a short distance. The famous 3 kilometer high beach in Guardamar del Segura and Torrelamata beach in La Mata are the two closest beaches, located about 10-15 minutes drive from Ciudad Quesada.
